We've added data to the index!!!
On December 08, 2009 we merged the index data from Mortgage books 59 through 173 which covers 1-13-1955 through 12-31-1975 and Deed books 201 through 281 which covers 11-1-1966 through 12-31-1975. This data came from our original Cott backroom index that existed in our records room during this time period. Our current system doesn’t support the images for these documents, but we will be adding them after our system upgrade in April. Between now and April we will be working to fill the gap in indexing that exists for Deeds between 12-30-1975 to 1-31-1977 or books 281 to 306, there is currently no information in our system for these records.

To begin searching for any record we have in our computer system click the
"Record Search" link in the menu on the right.

To find out exactly what kind of documents and how far back they go in our system, click the "Record Search" link in the menu on the right, and after "logging in as guest" select "Display Index Dates" from the "Search Options" menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Our delinquent tax calculator will still calculate bills, but you will need to verify that the bills are actually delinquent using the "Record Search" link in the menu on the right prior to searching them in the tax calculator, as the data driving that application will no longer be updated.
