Hardin County Marriage License Requirements

This license is only valid for 30 days, and it is only valid for use in the state of Kentucky.

The fee for this license is $35.50 and must be paid in our office.

The bride and groom must apply for this license together.

Both parties need to be 18 years of age or older. If either of the parties are under 18, click here for more information. Proof of age must be shown.

No marriage in Kentucky will be legally recognized without a valid marriage license.

It is a good idea to bring your birth certificate with you if you have trouble with spelling the names required.
